Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Eligible Products
Currently, only BRAS & PANTS are eligible for return or exchange, subject to a thorough quality check process.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition
* Must include original packaging and receipt/invoice
* Tags must be intact
* Any product returned in damaged condition or without proper packaging will not be accepted
* Return and exchange shipping charges are applicable and will be borne by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
* Bodysuits
* Shapewear
* Tummy Tuckers
* Nipple Pasties
* Panties & Underwear
* Any product with a broken seal or tampered packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days after the product is picked up and passes the quality check (if applicable).
